  • Before takeoff, switch your phone or other device to "Airplane Mode."
  • A few minutes after takeoff, enable your Wi-Fi and look for the ANA Wi-Fi Service network.
  • Open your web browser. It should automatically redirect you to the Wi-Fi portal. If it doesn't, just type one of these URLs into the address bar:
