Step 1: Download the Hawaiian Airlines App to your Apple iOS or Android device before boarding. Simply click the appropriate link below:

Step 2: Ensure that your device's Location Services are enabled, and provide location access permission for the Hawaiian Airlines App.

• For Apple iOS users:

  • Go to Settings > Privacy and ensure "Location Services" is turned ON.
  • Within Location Services, locate the Hawaiian Airlines App, then select either "While Using the App" or "Always."
  • Note: If you've just enabled location access, consider restarting your iOS device before launching the Hawaiian Airlines app for optimal performance.

• Android users can follow these steps:

  • Swipe down from the top of your Home screen to access quick settings, and turn on the Location icon.
  • Navigate to your device's Settings > Apps, select the Hawaiian Airlines App, and ensure that "App Permissions" is enabled.

Step 3: Once onboard, activate airplane mode on your device settings, and connect to the "HawaiianAirWiFi" network.

Step 4: Access your device's WiFi network settings and connect to the "HawaiianAirWiFi" network.

Step 5: After connecting to the airline's WiFi network, launch the Hawaiian Airlines App.

Step 6: In the app's menu, select "More."
