How to Connect to Malasia Airlines WiFi?

• Please ensure that "Airplane Mode" is enabled on your device(s) before take-off. 

• When the aircraft reaches cruising altitude, open your Wi-Fi settings and connect to "MHconnect".

• To enjoy unlimited complimentary Wi-Fi, follow the steps on the screen and provide your email address. That's it. You're now connected.

• MHconnect is currently available on our A350 fleet and on selected A330 aircraft. We are working to fully equip our A330 fleet with the Wi-Fi system soon.
• A pop-up message will appear on the in-flight entertainment screen after take-off to let you know that Wi-Fi is now available on board.

• We recommend that the auto-update feature and any applications running in the background of your device be disabled before connecting to the Wi-Fi.

• Please note that the internet speed and capacities on board may vary as it is dependent on several factors such as weather conditions, territorial regulations, satellite coverage, number of concurrent users, as well as the type of activity performed on the device.

• Malaysia Airlines does not guarantee that in-flight connectivity will be glitch-free, and may suspend services at any time during the flight for security or other reasons.

• Malaysia Airlines will not be held responsible for any loss of data or damage to a passenger’s devices.
