Before Your Flight

1. Add Your KrisFlyer Number: If you're a KrisFlyer member, add your KrisFlyer number to your booking during the reservation process. You can do this via 'Manage Booking' on singaporeair.com, the SingaporeAir mobile app, or by informing our friendly check-in counter staff.

2. Not a KrisFlyer Member Yet? No worries! You can easily sign up for KrisFlyer membership. Once you've become a member, add your KrisFlyer number to your booking.

During Your Flight

Once the aircraft reaches cruising altitude, it's time to connect and enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi:

Step 1: Connect to the KrisWorld network.

Step 2: To unlock unlimited complimentary Wi-Fi, simply enter your email, last name, and seat number in the 'Complimentary Wi-Fi' section on the in-flight Wi-Fi portal.
